The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you order Products and Services online and enter sensitive personally identifiable information (such as credit card number, financial content), the third-party payment processor encrypts, processes, protects, and stores that information. Nevertheless, any sensitive information you provide to a third-party payment processor and therefore over the Internet, or any method of electronic storage, is not 100% secure. Therefore, while a third-party payment processor uses commercially acceptable means to protect your personally identifiable information, we nor the third-party payment processor, can guarantee absolute security. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence, will we or the third-party payment processor or our or the third party’s affiliates be liable for any special , incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of the information or materials on our Site, even if we, an authorized representative of Educational Providers of America, Inc., or the third-party payment processor has been advised of the possibility of damages. Again, we do not accept credit card payments for orders received by mail or phone. The only hard copy information we store is your name, postal and/or email address, telephone, fax number, professional license number (if applicable), ordered Products and Services. All orders received by mail or phone are stored in our locked office.

The Site and any of our Products and Services may contain links to Websites or other contact information, content and activities offered and operated by other people or companies. The other people or companies may have their own privacy policy or no privacy policy at all. We do not have any responsibility or liability for the links, contact information, content or activities for those other people or companies. Nevertheless, we welcome any feedback about the other people or companies.
